A sympathetic extension to a period property in the suburbs of Belfast.
Here two Duplex apartments were designed to the rear of the existing building. The first and second floor of the existing building were also re-furbished, creating 4 additional apartments.
The extension, within a conservation area was designed to respect the existing materials and scale of the original property.
